At its first meeting, the staff of the department made a decision to prepare a collective scientific monograph “Civil Society in the Legal Dimension”.
In particular, it is planned to study the issue of the basic interaction of civil society with the state, its institutional component, dwelling in detail on the legal principles of the organization and activities of local self-government, the role of the intelligentsia and direct democracy as a manifestation of the will of citizens.
