About the department
The Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence has incorporated the scientific achievements of the Department of Constitutional Law, Theory and History of State and Law.
Since 2016, the faculty of the department has been working on the implementation of the scientific theme of the afternoon “History of the state and modern state science: legal aspects” (registration number 0117U003217).
The lecturers of the department jointly prepare a collective monograph “Civil society in the legal dimension”.
The department actively contributes to the development of student science. In particular, due to the fact that most of the teachers work with the first year, it is they who attract students to scientific research, which is expressed, in particular, in the participation of students in the student scientific conference “The First Step into Science”.
In recent years, individual students have become the winners of student scientific – conferences, “round tables”, etc. Undoubtedly, this is largely the merit of the department teachers.
