From 2021, the educational project “Local Democracy: Best European Practices for Ukraine” will be implemented in the department (Erasmus+ program, Jean Monnet Module)—executors of the project: Sukhonos V.V., Stogova O.V., Pankratova V.O.

In 2022, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department applied for the competition, which provides for state budget funding:

Project for the main competitor of the Ministry of Education and Culture, “Impact of decentralization processes on ensuring national security and defense” (V.V. Sukhonos, O.V. Stogova, V.O. Pankratova, A.V. Steblyanko)

Since 2023, the “Civil participation: challenges and European experience for Ukraine” educational project has been implemented at the department (Erasmus+ program, direction of the Jean Monnet Module). Project executors: Stogova O.V., Pankratova V.O., Steblyanko A.V., Grobets N.S.

Scientific articles of the department’s teachers are published on the pages of domestic and foreign professional publications, including those registered in the WOS database. The topics of the publications are focused on the most urgent issues of the modern development of legal science:

  • State-building processes
  • Principles of law
  • Constitutional-legal relations
  • The legal status of the individual
  • Local self-government
  • Decentralization of public power

In the field of view of scientists, transdisciplinarity, post-classical rationality, integrity and essence of man, subject-object unity, Christian anthropology.

Educators are actively involved in scientific research, in particular, who publish their scientific research results in scientific journals and carry out testing within the framework of round tables and conferences.
