The course aims to form students a complex idea of statehood as a complex social, political, and legal system, which is implemented in various forms and mediations in the design of “government-society-personality” interaction.

Search, systematize, process, and use information about constitutional construction in Ukraine and abroad; use methods of studying and improving legislation; acquire the skills of using the results of problem-solving, principles, and doctrines of national law, as well as the content of legal institutes on constitutional law;
