On September 24, the COIL project, in collaboration with the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (Brazil), commenced at the NNI Law Institute. The topic of the project: “Public participation tools and their use to solve community problems”. The coordinator from the NNI Law Institute is Associate Professor of the Department of Public Policy and Public Administration, Viktoriіa Pankratova, and from the partner university is Professor Mario Di Stefano Filho. The first meeting was dedicated to getting to know each other. The students shared interesting facts about themselves and their communities, exchanging knowledge about the countries and their expectations for the project. The participants will work on a joint project addressing community problems and exploring solutions in Brazil and Ukraine. The results of the joint work will be formalized in a community change project.
