Participation of an Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law of the Academic and Research Institute of Law of SumDU in a Lecture by ECtHR Judge Mykola Hnatovskyy at the University of Liverpool

The Department of International Law and Human Rights of the School of Law and Social Justice of the University of Liverpool hosted a lecture by Resident Judge of the European Court of Human Rights, Mykola HNATOVSKY, on the topic “Human Dignity in Detention: Existing Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Potential for Its Development” on the 24th of November 2025. The discussant was Professor Natasa MAVRINICOLA of the University of Birmingham. Associate Professor of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law, Olga STOGOVA, took part in the discussion after the lecture.
