Bohiv on the topic” People’s sovereignty and the mechanism of its realization by public authorities: theoretical and legal aspect”.
During the public discussion of the dissertation, the head of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence, Doctor of Law, Professor Volodymyr Sukhonos, acted as a scientific opponent.
