Round table “HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL STATE.”

December 10 – Human Rights Day is an international holiday celebrated at the proposal of the UN General Assembly, marking the anniversary of the adoption by the Assembly of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.

At this event, a seminar on the Theory of the State and Law discipline was held as a round table. The event’s topic concerned the role and importance of observing human rights in the context of modern realities. Topical speeches, and lively discussion, once again confirmed that human rights need new protection mechanisms and further scientific and practical debate.
