From July 10-12, 2024, the head of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law, Volodymyr SUKHONOS, and the assistant of the Department of International, European Law, and Comparative Jurisprudence, Anna SLAVKO, took part in the Summer Professional Development School “Non-positivist theory of law: problems of methodology and teaching methods,” which is part of implementation of a joint project of the OSCE with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education.
The program included classes to improve the teaching methodology of general theoretical disciplines and special courses for students. The school program provided individual work on the syllabi of educational classes, emphasizing the application of the non-positivist theory of law and its teaching in modern conditions.
