Іnteractive Seminar for Pupils within the Educational Project of the Jean Monnet Module “Citizen Participation: Challenges and European Experience for Ukraine”

On May 1, 2026, an interactive lecture entitled “Electronic Participation Tools for Pupils” was held for pupils of Sadiv Lyceum of the Sadiv Village Council. The event was conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law, Viktoriia Pankratova, within the framework of the Erasmus+ educational project, Jean Monnet Module “Citizen Participation: Challenges and European Experience for Ukraine” (EUPART4UA).

During the lecture, participants became acquainted with modern electronic tools of civic participation that are actively used in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. Particular attention was paid to the opportunities provided by electronic petitions, online consultations, participatory budgeting platforms, digital surveys, and digital services for interaction between citizens and public authorities.

In the format of an interactive discussion, pupils had the opportunity to express their own ideas regarding the development of the school environment and local community, as well as to learn how digital technologies contribute to the formation of active citizenship among young people.
