Associate Professor of the Department Olga STOGOVA took part in the Summer School of Professional Development Program “General Theoretical Law and Legal Practice: The Golden Mean of Interaction” on July 2-4.
The event considered modern challenges for the study and understanding of the general theory of law, the organizers presented the second edition of the textbook “General Theory of Law” under the general editorship of Professor Mykola Kozyubra (amended and amended). The school participants analyzed the role of legal terminology in the formation of a future lawyer’s non-positivist understanding of law.
