SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

From 2021, the educational project “Local Democracy: Best European Practices for Ukraine” will be implemented in the department (Erasmus+ program, Jean Monnet Module)—executors of the project: Sukhonos V.V., Stogova O.V., Pankratova V.O.

In 2022, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department applied for the competition, which provides for state budget funding:

1) project for the main competition of the Ministry of Education and Culture, “Impact of decentralization processes on ensuring national security and defense” (Sukhonos V.V., Stogova O.V., Pankratova V.O., Steblyanko A.V.)

In 2023, department representatives joined the team of authors of the project for the Erasmus+ JMO-2023-MODULE competition, dedicated to European public participation practices.

Scientific articles of the department’s teachers have been published in domestic and foreign professional publications, including those registered in the WOS database. The topics of the publications have focused on the most urgent issues of the modern development of legal science:

State-building processes

Principles of law

Constitutional-legal relations

The legal status of the individual

Local self-government

Decentralization of public power

Educators are actively involved in scientific research, in particular, who publish their scientific research results in scientific journals and carry out testing within the framework of round tables and conferences.
