Since September, the “Legal Studies” circle of the Sumy territorial branch of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine began its work. Classes designed for students of grades 9-11. The purpose of the circle is to provide students with the basics of legal knowledge, to foster respect and love for their country and state-making and law-making traditions, and to provide conditions for forming elements of legal culture, legal guidelines, and lawful behavior of schoolchildren.
The classes take place at Sumy State University. The group’s leader is Viktoria PANKRATOVA, a senior lecturer at the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law.
