On April 2, Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law Olga Stogova held a theoretical seminar on the topic “Decentralization of Power in Ukraine” for colleagues from the School of Law and Social Justice of the University of Liverpool. The issues of legal regulation of decentralization and the peculiarities of the process of unification of territorial communities in Ukraine were highlighted. The colleagues were interested in the peculiarities of the functioning of local governments and military-civilian administrations during martial law.
Many thanks to my colleague Dr. Gregory Davies for organizing the seminar.
