DEPARTMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF THE LAW INSTITUTE

Online Session “Project Management for COIL Courses and Expanding Institutional Collaborations”

On October 29, Associate Professor Viktoriia Pankratova from the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law took part in the interactive session “Project Management for COIL Courses and Expanding Institutional Collaborations.”

The event was organized by EducationUSA — the official U.S. Department of State network of advising centers that provides free information about higher education opportunities in the United States and supports the development of international academic cooperation between Ukrainian and American universities. 🇺🇸🤝🇺🇦

The session focused on the COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) model — a form of virtual academic collaboration that connects educators and students from different countries through shared courses. This model fosters intercultural competence and promotes sustainable partnerships between universities.

During the practical workshop, participants explored a COIL project roadmap — from planning international partnerships to co-creating joint courses. They also examined key stages and practical strategies for designing and scaling COIL initiatives in higher education.
