DEPARTMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF THE LAW INSTITUTE

Associate Professor of the Department, Olha STOHOVA, participated in the WS 1: Kick-off Workshop (online) held on October 29–31, 2025.

The THEA Ukraine Lead program (Training for Higher Education Administrators and Leaders) supports Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs) in overcoming war-related crises and contributing to post-war recovery. The project aims to build institutional capacity in management, leadership, and internationalization practices within Ukrainian HEIs, thereby fostering their full integration into the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

The program involves three cohorts of 15 participants each, consisting of university leaders such as vice-rectors, deans, and heads of administrative units. They receive training from Ukrainian and German experts in international higher education management, while Ukrainian mentors assist them in developing leadership skills during the implementation of institutional change projects.

The training program is designed and implemented by the Wandelwerk Center for Quality Enhancement in Teaching and Learning at FH Münster University of Applied Sciences, in cooperation with Sumy State University and other Ukrainian and German experts.
