On April 21, 2026, the online webinar “Law and Morality: Where Is the Boundary?” was held, bringing together students and all those interested in the complex challenges of contemporary jurisprudence.
The speaker of the event was Viktoriia Pankratova, Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law. During the webinar, a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between legal norms and moral values was presented, with particular emphasis on their interaction in the context of the transformation of the legal system and society. Special attention was given to practical case studies that illustrated the complexity of decision-making in situations where legal requirements and moral convictions do not always coincide.
