Round table “Best practices of decentralization: the experience of EU countries for Ukraine.”
On May 27, 2022, Sumy State University hosted a round table, “Best Practices of Decentralization: The EU Country Experience for Ukraine.” The event was organized within the framework of the educational project ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH -101047645 – “EULOCDEM: Local Democracy: Best European Practices for Ukraine” under the Erasmus + program Jean Monnet.

On May 26, 2022, the senior lecturer of the department, Viкtoriіa Pankratova, gave a lecture “What you need to know about the tools of local democracy?” for students in 10-11 grades of schools in the city of Sumy.
On April 28, 2022, the presentation of the educational project ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH -101047645 – “EULOCDEM: Local Democracy: Best European Practices for Ukraine” under the Erasmus + program Jean Monnet took placе.

On April 7, 2022, Victorіia Pankratova, a senior lecturer at the Department, took part in the kick-off event for the coordinators of the winning projects of the 2021 European Union Erasmus + Program under the direction of Jean Monnet. The European Executive Agency organized the meeting for Education and Culture (EASEA) to provide participants with informational and organizational support in project implementation and implementation of grant agreements.
On March 1, 2022, the implementation of the educational project ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH -101047645 began at the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law «EULOCDEM: Local Democracy: European Best Practices for Ukraine», co-funded by EU Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture under the Erasmus + Jean Monnet Module.

On February 16, the second stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of research works of students-members of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine took place. Associate Professor Olga Stogova took part as a jury member in the section “Jurisprudence.”
On February 15, the department’s teachers took part in the presentation of the online platform – the resource center “Platform of Public Participation,” which was created by the NGO “Sumy Public Circle.”
