Born April 11, 1962. Graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Engineering and Building (now – Kharkov National University of Construction and Architecture) with a degree in civil and industrial construction.
She speaks English at the level of «Pre-Intermediate» (A2-B1). Sphere of interests: genealogical researches and history of her family, sport activities: mountain skiing and aqua aerobics. She is married and grandmother of two granddaughters.
