Baltic Universities Program for Teachers
On December 5, teachers of the Academic and Research Institute of Law participated in the first seminar, Supervisor Collegia across borders – the Role of Supervisor Collegia in Interdisciplinary and Intercultural Collaborations’ from a series of training events (pedagogy) within the framework of the Baltic University Program (BUP).

A lecture for students by the judge of the Summer District Court of Sumy
On November 15, 2023, at the initiative of the Department of Fundamental Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law of the National Institute of Law, an online lecture was held by the judge of the Summer District Court of Sumy, Mykola Shershak, with students of the “Jurisprudence” circle of the Sumy territorial branch of the National Academy of Sciences (leader – V.O. Pankratova). The meeting was attended by the students of the Sadiv Lyceum of the Sadiv Village Council, the Sumy Secondary School of the I-III Degrees No. 4 named after the Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Anishchenko SMR and the Sumy Specialized School of the I-III Degrees No. 1 named after V. Strelchenko SMR.
Participation in interactive training
On November 11, Victoria PANKRATOVA, senior teacher of the department, took part in the interactive training “Introductory course on human rights.” The lecturer of the event is Oleksandra Romantsova, a human rights activist, one of the developers of the course within the school, and executive director of the Center for Civil Liberties.
